about

This is the second-set opening song that would start with Michael (drums) and John (guitar) onstage, whilst Mark, Darren and I strutted in through the front door, clapping and singin' our way to the stage. The song isn't really about anything in particular, it was just a nice groove that we liked to play.

lyrics

FINE - words by Nate Butler, music by Strip Twister.
(Once you get the lead out, baby, you should be feelin' ...)

Come from seclusion ... on a delusion
Fine, come on, think it over
Fine, she got just to show her fine things she got
What she wants is fine; you got to be feeling fine

Time of distinction ... sign of extinction
Fine, come on, think it over
Fine, you got just to show her fine things she got
What she wants is fine; you got to be feeling fine

Once you get the lead out, baby, you should be feelin' ... fine
Like a kid with a trophy

Come from seclusion ... on a delusion
Well, fine, come on, think it over
Fine, you've got just to show her fine things you got
What she wants is fine; you've got to be feeling fine

Once you get the lead out, baby, you should be feelin' ... fine
Once you get the lead out, baby, you should be feelin' ... fine
